Iain MacLeod - Managing Director

Iain MacLeod

Iain is a former Divisional Director with GE Money, who had national responsibility for the training and development of a large sales force. Iain's own sales team became known as the "Best Team in Europe" and is the founder of Maximise. Iain is committed to helping clients develop outstanding sales teams and he is a Fellow of the ISMM.

Bill Allen - Training Director

Bill Allen

Bill is a sales improvement specialist who mentors and trains business leaders. He has been Managing Director of a manufacturing company, General Manager of a UK wide Multi-National and a Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce. Bill is a Fellow of the ISMM and manages all of our training programmes in the South of England.

Catherine Bowie - Lead Trainer

Catherine Bowie

Catherine has a Business and Tourism background and has specialised in soft skills training for the past 15 years. Catherine is a Fellow of the Tourism Society, holds a post-graduate certificate in Training and is working towards a Master Degree. Catherine is a VQ Assessor and will be the lead trainer on many of our classroom programmes.

Graham Filmer - Senior Marketing Advisor

Graham Filmer

With a highly successful career in senior marketing roles within financial services and hospitality sectors, Graham now specialises in communications and public relations. He holds an MBA and Diplomas in Marketing and Direct Marketing, Graham is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and our senior marketing advisor.
