Teaching Methods and Materials

Experienced Sales Practitioners

As ISMM Certified Training Providers we offer training on ISMM Sales Qualifications which are available as distance learning or classroom programmes. Each course is led by a highly experienced sales practitioner, who will help to apply the course content through practical exercises that relate to the students own selling environment. Each course is supported by the following materials

Online Tutorials or Classroom Workshops

There are two routes offered in terms of tutor interaction, the standard and more cost effective route is that of online tutorials, which are often delivered in the evenings or Saturday mornings to avoid impacting selling time. Classroom workshops, which can host up to 9 students are offered as an alternative for corporate clients and are ideally delivered off-site. Students are expected to have read the required reading in advance of tutorials or classroom workshops.

Self-Paced Modules and Workbooks

Each course is supported by a series of self paced modules that summarise the content delivered in our tutorials. We expect our students to do their own research and provide links to articles, journals and you tube video content that will enhance the learning experience. These modules are supported by workbooks that are designed to help students apply their learning.

Work-based Evidence and Assignments

Each course is designed to be applied within the workplace and a series of work-based exercises allow students to gain immediate benefit as they apply learning directly within their own business environment. Course assignments which contribute to accreditation also look for evidence of work-based application.
