The Strategic Sales Leadership Programme
Strategic Sales Management has been designed to provide senior sales leaders with a challenging and highly practical programme that will enhance and extend their strategic leadership skills. The course has been broken into eight bite-sized units that can standalone, as each unit leads to a nationally recognised award in its own right. Collectively these units can lead to the ISMM’s Certificate (28credits) or Diploma(56credits) in Strategic Sales Management. The unit Leading a Responsible Selling Culture is mandatory for both the Certificate and Diploma and all the available units are shown below:
