The Characteristics of Strategic Leadership

The Strategic Sales Leader carries the ultimate responsibility for the sales strategy, and, through the efforts of an effective salesforce, thegeneration of brand value, profitability and growth. This requires strong strategic thinking and selling skills, exceptional leadership and planning skills and the ability to create a sales culture where high performance standards and high achievement are the norm.

The Strategic Sales Leadership Programme

Strategic Sales Management has been designed to provide senior sales leaders with a challenging and highly practical programme that will enhance and extend their strategic leadership skills. The course has been broken into eight bite-sized units that can standalone, as each unit leads to a nationally recognised award in its own right. Collectively these units can lead to the ISMM’s Certificate (28credits) or Diploma(56credits) in Strategic Sales Management. The unit Leading a Responsible Selling Culture is mandatory for both the Certificate and Diploma and all the available units are shown below:
